Our flight to Budapest leaves at 6:45am so our meeting time this morning was 5:30am. We have to check our bags (backpacks are too large for European carry on) which I’m not mad about. We just aren’t sure how much time to allow so we are erring on the early side.

Everyone slept well, likely because we were all just completely spent.

Airport is mostly empty
I win the non competition for lightest bag at 9.9kg

Not sure how many fuchs I have to give this morning
Ooof. Carey’s bag got stopped for additional screening

We are all through and headed to the gate.

Cleared for boarding! Not sure how we were some of the first ones on. Normally this is like a cattle call.
There seems to be some issue but it’s too late for me to go back.
